Atölye
An Android app built for a turbocharger repair shop to track customer accounts, technical repair processes, and job photo documentation.
Repair records and photo documentation, tracked on paper
The shop tracked customer accounts and the technical details of each repair job by hand, with no easy way to attach photos to a specific job. That made it hard to look back at what was done on a past repair, or show a customer photo evidence of the work.
An Android build for a single client
We built Atölye as an independent project: an Android app for tracking customer accounts and the technical steps of each repair job, with photo capture built into the workflow so every job has documentation attached to it. We later added Firebase Cloud Messaging so shop staff get a push notification whenever a job's status changes.
- Customer account tracking
- Technical repair process tracking per job
- Photo capture and documentation attached to each job
- Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging when a job's status changes
- Built independently for a single client
What we used
A Flutter Android app with Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, built and delivered independently for the client.
A digital record where there wasn't one
The shop now has a searchable digital record of customer accounts and repair jobs, each with photo documentation, replacing the paper-based tracking they used before.
- Every repair job now has a documented, photo-backed record
- Customer account history tracked digitally instead of on paper
- Delivered independently, start to finish
